- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Product tags must be intact.
- Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return (if applicable).

- Products without original tags
- Customized or altered products
- Products purchased during clearance sale
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange for size issues or damaged products. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Exchange is subject to product availability.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered (with unboxing video proof)
- Damaged product received (with unboxing video proof)
- Product out of stock after order
