Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Shrijii Vastra, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our shipping charges, delivery timelines, and order-related information.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- During festive sales or high order volume periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
2. Delivery Time
- Delhi: Usually delivered within 2–4 business days.
- Outside Delhi: Usually delivered within 3–7 business days.
- Remote areas may take slightly longer depending on courier service availability.
3. Shipping Charges
- Delhi Shipping: ₹49 on orders below ₹999.
- Outside Delhi Shipping: ₹99 on orders below ₹999.
- Free Shipping: Available on prepaid orders above ₹999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only in Delhi with an additional ₹99 charge.
- COD is not available outside Delhi.
- Example: If a customer in Delhi places a COD order below ₹999, the total extra charges will be ₹148.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this tracking number to track your shipment status in real time.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, pincode, and phone number are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
6. Delivery Issues
- If the package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
- If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier partner first and then reach out to us for support.
- Unexpected delays due to weather, courier disruptions, or festivals may occasionally occur.
